Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support based on each customer's needs and support plan.
• Support participants with community access, appointments and daily activities.
• Assist with domestic duties, meal preparation and laundry.
• Support with personal care when required.
• Assist with medication administration in line with training and support plans.
• Build positive relationships and provide calm, respectful support when situations become challenging.
• Follow individual support plans and promote choice, dignity and independence.
