Job summary

Focus Care Australia on the Sunshine Coast is seeking caring and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in Caloundra, Nambour and surrounding areas. With a minimum of two hours per client, you’ll build rapport and make rewarding connections.

Shifts run across Monday to Sunday with potential weekend and overnight services. We offer competitive pay with paid kilometres, training, a supportive environment and access to EAP to support your wellbeing and growth.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate with ability to build rapport with clients.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Check (or currently hold one).
• Current driver’s license and registered vehicle.
• Availability to work minimum 10-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, transport, domestic assistance and social support to clients.
• Travel to client homes within the specified location for services.
• Support clients in daily activities and accompany them to appointments and events.
