Qualifications

• Must have Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• 12+ months experience in home support or similar.
• Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle (QLD).

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Domestic Support: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, maintaining a safe home.
• Social & Community Engagement: Outings, appointments, connection.
• Life Skills & Independence: Shopping, cooking assistance.
• Medication & Transport Assistance: Where qualified.
• Respite & Mental Health Support: Temporary care and behavioural support.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:

What We're Looking For

• QLD C/CA Driver’s Licence + reliable vehicle
• Compassionate and client-centred approach
• Strong communication and resilience in varied situations
• Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or equivalent
• 12+ months of industry experience
• Experience in personal care, manual handling, and behavioural support
