Claro Disability Services is seeking compassionate disability support workers to provide person-centered care across client needs in NSW. You will tailor supports to individual goals, collaborate with families and professionals, and adapt to shifting schedules while building meaningful relationships with clients.

What you’ll do (*tailored to each client as required*)

• Person-centered planning: Chat with the client (and family/advocates), get the know them and understanding of goals and routines.
• Complex physical care: Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, daily tasks, and devices (wheelchairs, aids, etc.) as outlined in the plan
• Medical supports: Watch for changes, follow med/clinical plans, and liaise with the care team if things shift.
• Social time and participation: Bring meaning, fun, and community access aligned with interests.
• Autonomy and advocacy: Support decision-making, respect consent, boost independence where possible.
• Cultural humility: Respect backgrounds, beliefs, and ways of being
