Ozcare is seeking compassionate In Home Support Workers to join the North Lakes Aged Care at Home team. You will provide practical assistance and social support in clients’ homes, following individual care plans to promote independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include domestic duties, shopping assistance, and documenting client information. You will work with a supportive team, undergo training, and contribute to positive client outcomes while adhering to safety policies.

In Home Support Worker - Aged Care at Home

Ozcare is seeking compassionate and reliable permanent part-time In Home Support Workers to join our North Lakes Aged Care at Home team, supporting clients throughout North Lakes and the surrounding region.As an In Home Support Worker, you will play an important role in helping older Australians remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:Providing quality home support services that promote independence, dignity and wellbeingUndertaking domestic duties including cleaning, laundry and meal preparationAssisting with shopping, transport and community accessProviding social support and companionship to clientsMonitoring and reporting changes in client wellbeingMaintaining accurate documentation and recordsWorking collaboratively with the broader care team to ensure positive client outcomesParticipating in training, meetings and continuous improvement initiativesComplying with workplace health and safety requirements, policies and procedures
