Claro is seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide person-centered care in Croydon Park, NSW. You’ll support clients with mobility, daily routines, and social activities, while collaborating with families and medical teams.

Located in Croydon Park, NSW with shifts available across a 24/7 roster!

• You’ll work with people who have big, real world needs, from mobility and medical care to daily routines, communication, and fun activities.
• Every client is a unique story. You’ll tailor supports to their goals, vibes, routines, values, and culture.
• You’ll team up with families, medical professionals, and other support workers to keep everything running smoothly.
• Predictable and ongoing shifts, and you’ll build genuine relationships, not just checklists

What you’ll do (*tailored to each client as required*)

• Person-centered planning: Chat with the client (and family/advocates), get the know them and understanding of goals and routines.
• Complex physical care: Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, daily tasks, and devices (wheelchairs, aids, etc.) as outlined in the plan
• Medical supports: Watch for changes, follow med/clinical plans, and liaise with the care team if things shift.
• Social time and participation: Bring meaning, fun, and community access aligned with interests.
• Autonomy and advocacy: Support decision-making, respect consent, boost independence where possible.
• Cultural humility: Respect backgrounds, beliefs, and ways of being
