Job summary

Home Group is hiring to support customers in living independently and staying connected. This part-time role focuses on care, respect and practical assistance to improve lives.

You will work with Coordinators and a concierge team to create a safe, positive space and empower customers through collaborative, person-centred support.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering compassionate, person-centred support.
• Ability to listen and respond to diverse needs with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with daily tasks and maintain a safe, respectful space.
• Assist Coordinators and Concierge to deliver care and practical help.
• Provide care with dignity, listening to individual needs and preferences.

You have

• Passion to support our customers to live their best lives
• Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
• The ability to workon your own initiative, stayingcalm and positive under pressure
• Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs
• A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)

The practical bits

• Part time (22.5 hpw)
• 9am to 5pm
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
