Josh’s Care Company Ltd is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. This role focuses on delivering person-centred care, supporting clients to maintain independence, skills, and personal interests while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

No prior experience is required, as we provide training and development to help you grow in your career. We offer flexible patterns: full-time, part-time, and bank shifts with days, nights, and waking nights, tailored to client needs

  • Encourage clients’ connections with family, friends, and the local community.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
  • Support clients’ relationships with people important to them, if desired.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
  • Act as a role model for other carers and demonstrate professional conduct.

Personal Responsibilities
  • Work in accordance with Fundamental Standards and regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements.
  • Attend statutory and additional training as required.
  • Commit to achieving relevant qualifications for the role.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while remaining open to learning opportunities.
Working Hours & Flexibility
