Job summary

Spectrum Care is seeking compassionate in-home support workers to provide person-centred care across Sydney and Wollongong. Opportunities exist for casual and full-time roles, with flexibility to travel between locations and a supportive, growth‑oriented team environment.

You will deliver high-quality care, follow care and medication procedures, and maintain safety standards while contributing to a respectful, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Aged Care, Assistant in Nursing (AIN), Disability, or Community Services.
• Working With Children Check.
• National Police Check.
• Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Reference Number.
• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.

Job description

We specialise in providing professional in home care services for participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS and My Aged Care.

Through level 2 and 3 support coordination, we assist individuals in achieving their identified plan goals and help them gain access to the needed programs and support services, with a multidisciplinary one team approach.

IMPORTANT

There are availabilties for both Sydney and Wollongong!

Flexibility to travel between Sydney and Wollongong would be highly regarded.

There are opportunities for both casual and full time work, depending on the right candidate.

• Willingness to undertake ongoing in house online training, including essential Aged Care, NDIS and Mental Health courses provided by Spectrum Care
