Job summary

Simply Helping in Australia is seeking an in-home support worker to provide compassionate personal care and practical assistance in clients' homes.

You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and support wellbeing through meaningful activities and outings while collaborating with a supportive team to maintain high standards of care.

• Availability: Our services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Applicants must have strong availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays. Broad availability is essential to meet the needs of our clients.
• Personal Care: Providing personal care is an essential requirement of this role. Applicants must be willing and comfortable assisting clients with personal care tasks, including showering, toileting, dressing, grooming and other activities of daily living, while maintaining each client's dignity, privacy and independence.
