Location

North Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne

Multiple Roles - Bundoora, Heidelberg, Lilydale, Kinglake, Mernda, Diamond Creek

Role Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and social support
• Assist with daily routines, appointments, and community access
• Build trusting relationships and promote independence
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team

What We\'re Looking For

• Previous experience in disability or aged care support (preferred but not essential)
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to apply
• Working with Children Check or willingness to apply
• Industry vaccination requirements or willingness to obtain
• Police Check or willingness to obtain
