Job summary

Simply Helping Parramatta is seeking dedicated support workers to help improve the quality of life for individuals in their own homes. You will provide personalized care, assist with daily living activities, and help clients remain independent in a compassionate, respectful environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Home and Community Care (or equivalent), have strong communication skills, and own a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Home and Community Care (or equivalent) is required.
• Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Empathy and compassion for individuals with varying needs.

Responsibilities

**Key Responsibilities:**

Provide personalised care and assistance tailored to the unique needs of each Service User.

Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, community access, including transport and assistance with shopping.

Domestic Assistance, including vacuuming, mopping and dusting

Foster a warm and trusting environment that promotes independence and dignity.

**What you bring**

• Certificate III Home and Community Care or equivalent(minimum)
• Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Trustworthy and reliable with a vehicle
