Job summary

Care Circle in the Blacktown area is seeking a casual Support Worker to assist a participant with community access, daily living tasks and independence building. Applicants should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in the NDIS disability sector and be available for an immediate start.

Required are current First Aid and CPR certification, a valid Australian Driver’s Licence, and a reliable insured vehicle. You will work both independently and as part of a team under SCHADS Award pay rates.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in the NDIS disability sector.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Reliable vehicle and valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide community access and social support.
• Assist with appointments and outings.
• Assist with daily living tasks.

• Light domestic assistance and meal prep.
• Complete progress notes and maintain documentation.
• Promote choice, dignity and inclusion.
• Adhere to NDIS Worker Screening Check requirements.

Care Circle is an NDIS provider supporting participants across mental health, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities, and Complex Behaviours in Sydney.

We are currently looking for Support Workers between 25–30 (as per our participants preference) to provide support for one of our participants near Blacktown. Immediate start available. We’re seeking an individual who has 6 months – 1 year minimum experience in the NDIS Disability Sector.
