Job summary

NetEvoTech Australia is seeking a proactive Drone Technician to oversee drone service operations, conduct maintenance, and generate quotations. You will work with stakeholders across agriculture, mining, and other sectors, ensuring safety and reliability in aerial systems.

The role requires strong Mandarin and English communication, quick multitasking, and a willingness to travel to rural sites. Legal work status in Australia and a valid 4WD license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee drone service operations, including flights and maintenance.
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and assist colleagues with tasks.
• Generate repair and maintenance service quotations.
• Efficiently manage and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee inventories of spare parts, tools, and support equipment.
• Engage in R&D for drone and robotics development.
• Conduct inspections, repairs, and provide detailed flight analysis reports.
• Test and troubleshoot drone systems and related equipment.
• Deliver exemplary after-sales support and on-site technical repairs.
• Train new pilots and technicians while maintaining professional conduct.
• Prioritize safety and ensure readiness of drones and robotics for operations.
• Handle on-site commissioning, maintenance, and testing tasks.
• Foster positive relationships with staff and customers.
