Department of Communities in Western Australia is seeking a Support Officer within the Business Services team to deliver proactive Help Desk support to users, aid in developing and documenting system processes, and provide training to staff for enhanced capabilities.
You will support less experienced Help Desk personnel, respond to customer needs with a solution-focused approach, and contribute to leadership expectations within the organisation.
