Job summary

N Family Club in London is seeking a Support Manager to drive operational excellence across our nurseries and empower teams to deliver exceptional experiences for children and families.

You will lead multi-site operations, develop staff, and ensure safeguarding and Ofsted standards while aligning with our values and learning framework.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and kept up to date.
• Proven management or supervisory experience in multi-site environment.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursery operations, including team deployment/ rotas, budgets, and compliance.
• Drive the delivery of our play-based N Curriculum, ensuring every child thrives.
• Develop and inspire your team through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Build strong partnerships with families and the local community.
• Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
• Overseeing smooth daily routines and an engaging, safe learning environment.
• Managing recruitment, inductions, and team retention.
• Monitoring quality and implementing continuous improvement plans.
• Reporting to senior leadership and contributing to wider organisational goals.

What you’ll be doing…

Our Support Managers should have...

• Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid certification (12 hours) and a commitment to maintain it
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively
• A passion for supporting people and driving positive outcomes
