Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Treasury Systems and Support Analyst to support and enhance Calypso, the group’s core Treasury platform. You will help keep the system running smoothly, troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions that support Treasury teams and the wider business.

You’ll work across daily support, enhancements, reporting, testing and strategic projects, gaining exposure to both operational and transformational work within a leading financial services organisation.

As a Treasury Systems and Support Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting and enhancing Calypso, BOQ Group's core Treasury platform. You'll be at the centre of keeping the system running smoothly, helping to troubleshoot issues, improve processes and deliver solutions that support our Treasury teams and broader business outcomes.

You'll work across day-to-day support, system enhancements, reporting, testing activities and strategic projects, giving you exposure to both operational and transformational work.

About you

You'll bring a naturally inquisitive mindset and enjoy understanding how systems, processes and people connect to deliver great outcomes. Whether your background is in Treasury operations, financial markets, financial systems support or a related discipline, you'll be someone who enjoys investigating problems, finding practical solutions and continuously improving the way things are done.

We're looking for someone with experience working with financial products and Treasury systems, ideally including exposure to Calypso or similar platforms. You'll be comfortable analysing information, troubleshooting issues and balancing technical detail with business needs. Strong communication skills will be key, as you'll be building relationships with stakeholders across BOQ Group and collaborating with vendor partners to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
