Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Treasury Systems and Support Analyst to keep the core Treasury platform Calypso running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements. You will support daily operations, contribute to enhancements, and deliver reports while collaborating with Treasury and technology teams.

You’ll work on testing, strategic projects and future-focused initiatives that shape how the Treasury function operates.

As a Treasury Systems and Support Analyst, you'll play an important role in supporting and enhancing Calypso, BOQ Group's core Treasury platform. You'll be at the centre of keeping the system running smoothly, helping to troubleshoot issues, improve processes and deliver solutions that support our Treasury teams and broader business outcomes.

You'll work across day-to-day support, system enhancements, reporting, testing activities and strategic projects, giving you exposure to both operational and transformational work.

About you

You'll bring a naturally inquisitive mindset and enjoy understanding how systems, processes and people connect to deliver great outcomes. Whether your background is in Treasury operations, financial markets, financial systems support or a related discipline, you'll be someone who enjoys investigating problems, finding practical solutions and continuously improving the way things are done.

We're looking for someone with experience working with financial products and Treasury systems, ideally including exposure to Calypso or similar platforms. You'll be comfortable analysing information, troubleshooting issues and balancing technical detail with business needs. Strong communication skills will be key, as you'll be building relationships with stakeholders across BOQ Group and collaborating with vendor partners to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
