Job summary

Downer Professional Services in Adelaide seeks a Supply Support Lead to oversee inventory, warehousing and supply governance for CASG sustainment programs within a complex defence environment.

You will lead contractor supply support activities, ensure compliance with plans and reporting, manage ERP data (BoM, configurations) and coordinate with IPSM and other stakeholders to mitigate risks and support transitions. Applicants must hold AGSVA clearance and may need ITAR considerations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Supply Support, ILS or Logistics within Defence or CASG environments.
• Strong understanding of supply governance, configuration management, and ERP systems.
• Experience leading contractor performance and reviewing technical documentation.

• Oversee facilities and warehousing requirements including storage, HazChem handling, and material support equipment.
• Conduct supply support analysis, codification, cataloguing, and ERP data management (e.g. BoM, configuration baseline).
• Identify and manage risks, support sustainment transition activities, and provide advice to key stakeholders including IPSM.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in Supply Support, ILS, or Logistics within Defence or CASG environments
• Strong understanding of supply governance, configuration management, and ERP systems (e.g. Maximo, Windchill, ERP)
• Experience managing contractor performance and reviewing technical documentation (e.g. FRAR, RPL, CDRLs)
• Ability to lead warehousing, inventory, disposal, and distribution functions across complex programs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to identify risks and deliver practical solutions

Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain an AGSVA Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
