Job summary

Mauri is seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join the Supply Chain team on a 6-month fixed-term contract at our Enfield head office, NSW, with coverage across Enfield (NSW) and Moorooka (QLD) mills. You will support daily planning activities, ensure product availability, optimise inventory and schedule production to meet customer demand.

You will bring strong SAP and Excel skills, experience in supply planning, and knowledge of inventory management and production planning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supply Planning role.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with planning reports and data.
• Knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
• Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Publish and manage weekly production schedules.
• Ensure product and material availability to meet customer requirements.

About The Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team on a 6-month fixed-term contract based at our Enfield head office.

Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, this role will support the day-to-day supply planning activities across our Enfield (NSW) and Moorooka (QLD) flour mills, ensuring product availability, inventory optimisation and effective production scheduling to meet customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain achievable production and supply plans.
• Publish and manage weekly production schedules.
• Ensure product and material availability to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage product obsolescence and shelf-life risks.
• Maintain planning master data and support the accuracy of system-generated supply plans.
• Prepare and analyse planning reports to support operational decision making.

About You

We're looking for a practical and organised Supply Planner with strong SAP and Excel skills who can confidently manage day-to-day planning activities, balance inventory requirements and support operational performance across multiple sites.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in a Supply Planning role.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with planning reports and data.
• Knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
• Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG is highly regarded.
