Job summary

Cummins Inc. is offering a 13‑month undergraduate internship based at our Scoresby office in Melbourne for business students. The role supports the broader Supply Chain Function, including stakeholder engagement, data analysis and change management, with both full time and part time options.

You will work on projects across the broader Supply Chain Function, gain hands-on experience, and defer your studies for the duration of the program while contributing to real business outcomes.

Qualifications

Currently studying a Bachelor degree in Business or related disciplines.
Have 1–8 units left to complete as of January 2027.
Available for the full 13 months and willing to defer studies for that duration.

Responsibilities

Support development of Human Centred Design Voice of Business interviews and supporting analysis to drive strategic projects.
Support development of internal communications, including research and content generation.
Lead and develop Supply Chain Communications program.
Support analysing metrics and data insights to better position Cummins Asia Pacific to have world‑class supply chain processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders from across the business.
