Job summary

Cummins Inc. is offering a 13-month internship based in Scoresby, Melbourne, Australia for an undergraduate Business student. The role combines hands-on projects across the broader Supply Chain function, stakeholder engagement, data analysis and change management.

Flexible for full-time or part-time study arrangements. You will develop communication materials, support Voice of Business interviews, and help drive strategic projects with regional teams, while deferring your studies for the program

• Currently studying a Bachelor degree in Business or related disciplines
• Have between 1 and 8 units left to complete as of January 2027
• Available for the full 13 months and willing to defer studies for that duration

• Support development of Human Centred Design Voice of Business interviews and supporting analysis to drive strategic projects
• Support development of internal communications, including research and content generation
• Lead and develop Supply Chain Communications program
• Support analysing metrics and data insights to position Cummins Asia Pacific for world-class supply chain processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders from across the business

This is a unique opportunity to gain skills and knowledge while you are working full time commencing 27th January 2027. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on projects across the broader Supply Chain Function and includes stakeholder engagement, data analysis and change management.

In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:

About You:

• Are currently studying a Bachelor degree in Business or related disciplines
