Job summary

Mega Acquisitions Pty Ltd in Sydney CBD is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Product Manager to identify product opportunities, lead procurement activities and coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations to meet market requirements.

You will collaborate with sales, operations and finance, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost efficiency through cross-functional teamwork and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, product management or a related field.
• Strong supplier negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
• Commercially minded, with sound cost-control and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident using Excel and common business systems.
• Experience with cross-border procurement, international trade or China-based suppliers is highly regarded.
• Mandarin and English language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and assess product opportunities.
• Manage product selection, development and product range improvements.
• Source, assess and maintain supplier relationships.
• Coordinate quotations, negotiations, purchase orders and order follow-up.
• Monitor product quality, samples and supplier performance.
• Coordinate procurement, international freight, warehousing and delivery.
• Review purchasing costs, stock levels and product performance.
• Work with sales, operations, finance and logistics teams to improve supply chain processes.
