This role sits at the heart of our Supply Chain function, supporting spare parts, warehousing, logistics and strategic initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across Australia and the wider region.

You’ll be the go-to person who connects the dots, keeps actions moving and helps our Supply Chain team operate effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for meetings and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain Supply Chain performance reporting, ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for meetings and business initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, activities and communications across the Supply Chain network.
• Support our National Supply Chain Managers with business initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Work with regional stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia and Papua New Guinea.
• Coordinate freight cost allocations and assist with Supply Chain expenditure reporting.
• Manage shared communication channels and help resolve day-to-day operational enquiries.
• Support projects, business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Look for smarter ways to improve processes, communication and the way we work together.
