Job summary

Suntory Oceania is seeking a Raw Materials Specialist to support our manufacturing operations across Australia and New Zealand. You will ensure timely unloading, receipt, putaway and storage of inbound materials with a strong safety and GMP focus.

The ideal candidate brings forklift experience (CB/HR), SAP familiarity, attention to detail and good communication. You will perform cycle counts, staging and replenishment, and help maintain continuous material flow to beverage lines.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience with Counter-Balance and High Reach.
• SAP experience or familiarity.
• Inbound receiving, unloading and putaway processes.
• Team player who takes initiative and communicates well.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receipt and putaway of inbound raw materials.
• Inspect materials on arrival for quantity and quality per standards; escalate issues.
• Record receipts in SAP and perform cycle counting.
• Stage and replenish materials to beverage line PSAs as scheduled.
• Maintain daily GMP and HACCP compliance, and clean work areas.

The Opportunity

The Raw Materials Specialist plays a key role in supporting the manufacturing operation by ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, storage & supply of Raw Materials. With a safety first approach you will ensuring that our packaging materials are available on time to our Manufacturing teams.

What you’ll do

• Perform timely unload, receipt and putaway of Inbound Raw Materials.
• Inspect all materials on arrival to ensure the quantity of items are correct and quality is acceptable per approved standards. Escalating ay rejection quality issues at inbound to minimise the impact of material supply.
• Execute and complete receipt of goods in our SAP system.
• Perform cycle counting for raw materials as required.
• Stage and replenish materials to beverage line PSAs according to planned schedule.
• Performs daily process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.

Experience that you will bring

To hit the ground running, you will bring a positive ‘can-do’ attitude as well as:

• Forklift experience – CB (Counter-Balance) and HR (High Reach)
• SAP experience (desirable).
• Inbound Receiving – unloading and putaway.
• Team player who takes initiative.
• Good communication skills.
