Job summary

SSP Australia is recruiting Supervisors and Food & Beverage Attendants to join our teams at Melbourne Airport across multiple venues. We are targeting part-time and full-time team members and supervisors to support daily operations and guest experiences.

You will work with the Restaurant Manager to uphold service standards, deliver quality food and beverage experiences, and contribute to a collaborative, team-focused culture within a leading global hospitality company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ supervisory or team leader experience in F&B or restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 5–10 employees.
• Passion for delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a lead-by-example attitude.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and RSA requirements.

About the Role

SSP Australia is seeking passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Attendant and F&B Supervisors to join our teams across multiple venues at Melbourne Airport. We are primarily seeking Part-time/Full-time Team Members and Supervisors.

This is an exciting opportunity to support daily operations in a fast-paced airport environment, leading a team and delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain service standards and create memorable guest experiences.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Previous Bar, Restaurant or cafe experience
• 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team leader role within food & beverage or restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to lead and support a team of 5–10 employees.
• Passion for delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a lead-by-example attitude.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and RSA requirements.
• Flexible availability across early mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and teamwork.
