Rezonate Recruitment partners with established Melbourne public practice firms to hire Supervisors ready to step up to Manager. If you’re aiming to move beyond Senior Accountant, this role offers greater client exposure, leadership, and a clear career pathway.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ Australian public practice experience.
• CA/CPA qualification or progression toward it.
• Strong tax and accounting technical skills.
• Proven client-facing and relationship management abilities.
• Experience with Division 7A, CGT, FBT and BAS is a plus.
• Ready to progress to Manager level.

Responsibilities

• Own a diverse client portfolio and workflow.
• Review and mentor junior staff on engagements.
• Collaborate with Partners and Directors on tax and advisory work.

We’re working with a number of established Melbourne public practice firms looking for experienced Supervisors ready to take on greater responsibility, stronger client exposure and a clear pathway to Manager.

If you’re ready to move beyond the Senior Accountant level and take on more review, leadership and client-facing responsibility, we’d be keen to have a confidential conversation.

• $110-130K + super, depending on experience.

About You:

• 5+ years’ Australian public practice experience.

• CA/CPA qualified or currently working towards it.

• Strong tax and accounting experience, with the ability to manage and review client work.

• Confident dealing directly with clients, Partners and senior stakeholders.

• Experience across Division 7A, CGT, FBT and BAS.

• Ready to take on more responsibility and progress towards Manager.
