Job summary

Fraser Coast Regional Council is seeking an experienced Supervisor Roads Projects to lead delivery of construction, maintenance and capital works across the Fraser Coast region. This hands-on leadership role coordinates field teams, oversees project delivery and ensures safety, quality and timely outcomes for the community.

Qualifications

Valid Queensland Class C or CA Driver Licence.
General Construction Induction (White Card).
Experience supervising and leading field-based operational teams.
Ability to plan, coordinate and manage work programs and resources.
Experience monitoring performance, productivity and service outcomes.
Knowledge of civil construction, maintenance or infrastructure operations.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor Roads Projects to lead the delivery of construction, maintenance and capital works programs across the Fraser Coast region. This hands‐on leadership role provides the opportunity to coordinate field‐based teams, oversee project delivery, and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Working within our Works Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering infrastructure outcomes that benefit our community.
