Job summary

Fraser Coast Regional Council is seeking an experienced Supervisor Roads Projects to lead delivery of construction, maintenance and capital works across the Fraser Coast region. This hands-on leadership role coordinates field teams, oversees project delivery and ensures safety, quality and timely outcomes for the community.

Qualifications

• Valid Queensland Class C or CA Driver Licence.
• General Construction Induction (White Card).
• Experience supervising and leading field-based operational teams.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage work programs and resources.
• Experience monitoring performance, productivity and service outcomes.
• Knowledge of civil construction, maintenance or infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate road construction, maintenance and capital works crews.
• Plan and manage daily and weekly work programs and resources.
• Monitor project progress, productivity and service delivery outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, quality standards and traffic controls.
• Manage operational records, reporting and project documentation.
• Liaise with customers, contractors and stakeholders regarding works and service impacts.
