Job summary

MinRes are seeking experienced Ancillary Operators to join a tight-knit crew at our Mt Marion Lithium Operation. You’ll work a consistent 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth, with time at home while building your career with a leading WA resources company.

Requirements include a safety-first approach, a current Australian C-Class licence, and solid multi-machine operating experience across heavy equipment. Willingness to obtain police clearance and pass pre-employment medicals is required.

Qualifications

• A demonstrated commitment to working safely in every aspect of your role.
• A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence.
• Experience operating heavy mining equipment: one or more of dump trucks, rock breakers, graders, or loaders.
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Unrestricted Australian work rights.

The Opportunity

MinRes are seeking experienced Ancillary Operators to join a tight-knit crew at our Mt Marion Lithium Operation, where teamwork, safe production and looking out for one another matter. You’ll work a consistent 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth (2 weeks on, 1 week off), with meaningful time at home while building your career with a leading WA resources company.

What is required?

• A demonstrated commitment to working safely in every aspect of your role
• A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence
• Solid machine operating experience across 3 or more of the following, in a production mining environment: Dump Trucks (785 or larger, electric experience highly advantageous), Rock Breaker (30T +), Grader (16M or larger), Loader (992 or larger).
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
• The ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Unrestricted Australian work rights

About Mt Marion

Located 70 kilometres by road south-west of Kalgoorlie in the Goldfields region, Mt Marion is one of MinRes’ hard rock lithium mine sites. As a core pillar of our Lithium business, Mt Marion is rapidly growing. This includes a significant expansion of our operations and village accommodation with over 580 rooms at present.
