Job summary

Mineral Resources Ltd (MinRes) is seeking experienced All Rounder Operators to join our tight-knit crews across iron ore and lithium operations. You will work on a consistent 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth, ensuring safe production and teamwork.

Long-term career growth is supported through our MinRes Pathways program, with industry-leading camp meals and on-site facilities. Successful candidates will have a C-Class licence, be prepared for pre-employment medicals, and be able to obtain a police

Qualifications

• Safety-first approach in mining operations.
• Current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence.
• Experience operating heavy mining equipment (dozers, graders, loaders, excavators).
• Willingness to obtain National Police Clearance and pass medical.
• Unrestricted Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dozers, Graders, Loaders, and Excavators in production mining environments.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to safe production.
• Work on FIFO roster from Perth across Iron Ore and Lithium operations.

With positions available across our Iron Ore and Lithium operations, and a consistent 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth, you’ll have meaningful time at home while building your career with a leading WA resources company.

What is required?

To be successful, you will have:

• A demonstrated commitment to working safely in every aspect of your role
• A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence
• Solid experience operating Dozers (D10 and/or D11), Graders (16M or larger), Loaders (992 or larger), and excavators (2600 or larger) in production mining environments—proficiency with additional machinery highly regarded.
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
• The ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Unrestricted Australian work rights
