Job summary

TrendPac on the Central Coast of NSW seeks a Value Stream Supervisor – Liquids to lead frontline execution and translate production plans into safe, cost-efficient results across every shift.

You'll own the value stream’s outcomes for safety, quality, cost and supply, champion continuous improvement, and drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools and digital systems on the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or liquids filling manufacturing.
• Demonstrated frontline leadership capability in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong understanding of OEE, cost drivers, and production systems.
• Solid continuous improvement experience and data literacy.
• Ability to coordinate across operations, maintenance, quality, and planning.
• Exposure to digital tools, AI applications, and automation in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead people through change and sustain performance during disruption.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production execution across liquids filling lines with accountability for OEE, DIFOT and plan adherence.
• Champion a zero-harm culture through visible safety leadership and incident management.
• Drive Quality at Source by building quality into execution.
• Manage conversion cost, labour deployment and waste in line with budget.
• Embed autonomous maintenance to improve equipment reliability and operator ownership.
• Leverage AI-enabled insights and live production data to identify trends and risks.
• Build team capability in data literacy, digital tools, problem solving and new ways of working.
• Lead through change and disruption to sustain performance.

The Role

We're looking for a Value Stream Supervisor – Liquids to lead frontline execution across our liquids filling operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll translate the production plan into disciplined, safe, and cost‑effective performance every shift.

You won't just manage a line, you'll own your value stream's results across Safety, Quality, Cost, and Supply. You'll build team capability, drive continuous improvement, and champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools, digital systems, and smart manufacturing practices on the floor.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading daily production execution across liquids filling lines with accountability for OEE, DIFOT, and plan adherence
• Championing a zero-harm culture through visible safety leadership and incident management
• Driving Quality at Source – ensuring quality is built in at the point of execution, not inspected after the fact
• Managing conversion cost, labour deployment, and waste reduction in line with budget
• Embedding autonomous maintenance practices to improve equipment reliability and operator ownership
• Leveraging AI-enabled insights and live production data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Building team capability in data literacy, digital tools, problem solving, and new ways of working
• Leading through change and disruption — adapting quickly and sustaining performance when things shift

What You'll Bring
