SSP Australia is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead the daily operations across our multi-venue sites at Brisbane Airport, including The Independent, The Local, and others, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

You will guide a diverse team of 5–10 staff across quick-service venues, with part-time and full-time roles available, focusing on leadership, food safety and fast-paced service in a busy airport environment.

• Leadership and shift supervision experience for 1+ year.
• Background in food handling.
• Experience as a Barista.
• Accountability for a team of 5–10 employees.
• 1+ years working in quick-service restaurants.

We are seeking an experienced and collaborativeSupervisorto lead the daily operations of our multi-venue operationsin Brisbane Airportand to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Working across multiple cafes, restaurants and Fast-food venueswe have Part Time or Full-Time basis depending on experience and availability.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Previous leadership experience in a shift supervisor or team leader position for a minimum of 1 year
• Background in food handling
• Experience as a Barista
• Proven accountability for a team of 5 -10 employees
• 1+ years working in quick-service restaurants
• Lead by example attitude
• In-depth food safety knowledge
• Strong multi-taskers with a can-do attitude.
• Those who enjoy a fast-paced environment - our stores can serve 100 + customers per hour
• Individuals with high problem-solving skills
• Leadership:you must have strong leadership skills
