Job summary

Brighton RSL Club in Bayside NSW is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Bar & Gaming attendant to join our friendly team. This casual role combines supervising shifts, bar service and gaming operations, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will lead and support staff, ensure compliance with liquor and gaming policies, handle cash and end-of-shift procedures, and deliver outstanding member service in a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• RSA, RCG and ARCG competency cards are essential.
• Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, clubs or hotels.
• Strong leadership with a hands-on approach.
• Sound knowledge of bar operations, gaming, TAB and Keno.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Cash handling and administrative skills.
• Proficient with computer systems.
• Present professionally with grooming standards.
• Work effectively independently and in a team.
• Flexible roster including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

This casual position offers a combination of Supervisor, Bar and Gaming shifts, with the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Club while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
