Job summary

BMD Group is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead Civil Construction projects in North Queensland. You will work with the Project Manager to drive productivity, manage subcontractors, and ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining a safe site environment.

The role requires a Certificate III in Civil Construction and extensive supervisory experience, with a strong commitment to health, safety, quality, and value-for-money results aligned with program timelines.

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our high calibre team in delivering projects in the North QLD region.As an experienced Foreman, you will work collaboratively with the Project Manager to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes. You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction


• extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
