Downer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor based in Cairns to lead field operations across the Origin Public & Embedded Networks contract. You will guide operational crews, manage contractor performance and ensure safe, compliant service delivery that meets customer and contractual outcomes.

We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead field operations across the Origin Public & Embedded Networks contract, ensuring maintenance, asset and service activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Based in Cairns, you'll provide day-to-day leadership to operational crews, support contractor performance and play a key role in achieving customer, contractual and business outcomes.
