Job summary

Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia is seeking a Retail Manager - IGA to lead the IGA Supermarket team onsite at Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara, NT, near Uluru. You will drive sales, manage staff, and ensure compliance with resort standards while delivering guest experiences.

Key Duties

• Leading the IGA Supermarket team in product presentation and merchandising.
• Driving sales revenue by enhancing the average spend of guests and residents, and ensuring that profit targets are met
• Daily management of staff, ensuring that they are aligned with the business's short, medium, and long-term plans.
• Maintain IGA compliance measures, including conducting daily temperature checks and weights calibration.
