Ayers Rock Resort invites you to join our Retail Assistant Manager - IGA team onsite at Yulara, NT, just minutes from Uluru. You’ll support the Retail Manager, oversee daily store operations, maintain cleanliness, and help coach and develop staff while delivering exceptional guest service.

In this unique role you’ll lead a small team, manage rosters, apply professional standards, and contribute to profitability.

• Assist with staff management including rostering, performance counselling, coaching and training and performance reviews.
• Liaise with the Supervisor in the management of daily staff and running issues.
• Set an example of professional behaviors, including presentation and conduct, for all team member to follow.
