Job summary

Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia invites applications for a Restaurant Manager at Sails in the Desert, Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara, NT. Live on-site and lead the Food & Beverage team across multiple outlets, with focus on people operations, recruitment, learning and culture.

An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Restaurant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a passionate Hospitality professional, with similar experience within a 5 star restaurant or resort environment to lead our Food & Beverage Team. In this role you will deliver people operations across the allocated food & beverage outlets, with primary responsibility for management, recruitment and selection, learning, performance, employee experience, culture development and internal communications.

Key Duties
