We currently have a vacancy for a Superintendent Mining Execution, reporting to the Manager Mine Services.
As Superintendent Mining Execution, you will lead a large and diverse operational team responsible for delivering safe, reliable and efficient underground mining outcomes. This is a key leadership role within one of Australia’s most complex underground mining operations, providing leadership across mine services, underground production or underground development execution.
Success in this role will come from your ability to build strong and capable teams, foster trusted relationships across the operation, and drive integrated execution across the underground mine through a strong commitment to safety, performance and continuous improvement.
You will play an important role in shaping culture, developing frontline leadership capability and ensuring the systems, resources and processes are in place to support safe, disciplined and productive mining execution across services, production or development work areas.
