  • Provide leadership and oversight of project teams, including workforce planning, supervision, timesheet approvals, competency compliance, performance management and fostering a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and rail industry requirements by implementing project plans, conducting risk assessments, managing non-conformances, maintaining documentation and adhering to relevant legislation, standards and DTI procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence by investigating technical issues, improving workflows, integrating multi-disciplinary activities and driving the successful delivery of project and organisational objectives.
