Opal HealthCare's Nambour Gardens Care Community is seeking a caring Assistant in Nursing to join our team. You will support residents with daily living, personal care, and activities, under guidance of the care team, delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

The role requires a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Aged Care, or current nursing studies; we offer flexible shifts, weekend penalties, and extensive training through the Opal HealthCare Academy.

Formación

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support is required.
• Certificate in Disability is desirable.
• Nursing students currently studying are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and daily living support to residents.
• Assist with activities and mobility as part of the care team.
• Document care provided and report changes to seniors team.
