Optio6 Talent Partners is partnering with a Sunshine Coast law firm to recruit an experienced civil/commercial litigation lawyer with 5-15 years PQE. You will handle a varied practice, with autonomy and access to senior colleagues for complex matters.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years' PQE in civil and commercial litigation.
• Eligible to hold a Queensland practising certificate.
• Ability to manage files with competing priorities.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Collaborative approach and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take carriage of a varied civil and commercial litigation practice with autonomy and senior support.
• Develop case strategy, draft court documents, brief Counsel and experts.
• Manage matters through negotiation, dispute resolution and court proceedings.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice and client relationships.
