Job summary

Delta Electricity is offering a 12-week summer internship for university students across Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical and Mechatronics disciplines. The role is based at Vales Point Power Station on the NSW Central Coast, providing hands-on industry experience in a large-scale environment.

Applicants should be currently studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Mechatronics Engineering, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s degree and readiness to apply theory to a real industrial setting.
• Discipline options include Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Mechatronics Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in a large-scale industrial environment.
• Collaborate with Assets, Maintenance and Operations teams at Vales Point Power Station.
• Develop skills through exposure to a range of projects in heavy industry.
