Job summary

Fiveight Venues—Copia, Cooee, and Indigo Oscar in Perth—offers casual Commis Chef and Chef de Partie roles to support our summer peak. You will prep, plate and maintain high standards in a premium dining environment, with shifts starting from 8am and running through late night, including weekends.

These roles suit passionate culinarians with premium-casual experience, strong work ethic and a love for cooking.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium casual or fine dining kitchens.
• Love for food, flavour and cooking craft.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Food safety knowledge and safe work practices.
• Australian working rights and a Food Handler Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency.
• Work with the kitchen team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Complete daily mise en place efficiently and minimise waste.
• Maintain a safe, clean kitchen and hygiene standards.
• Uphold quality standards and support efficient operations.
