Job summary

Sunshine Sugar in Condong, NSW is seeking a permanent Sugar Bagger (forklift driver) to operate packing floor equipment and bagged sugar on a 12-hour roster, with a mix of day and night shifts. You will work under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor and Packaging and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth production and quality control.

The role requires a current forklift ticket, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current forklift ticket and have forklift experience.
• Commitment to safety and a positive safety culture.
• Ability to identify problems with machinery and control systems.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate 25kg and 1.2 ton bagging lines as directed.
• Monitor product quality and CCP release procedure.
• Store and dispatch packaged sugar.
• Assist with cleaning and general labour tasks.
