Ausconnex seeks an experienced Substation Technician to support high voltage substation assets across transmission and distribution networks in Australia. You will plan and execute maintenance, support outages, and collaborate with asset management to ensure reliable operation.
The role involves using SCADA/HMI interfaces for remote switching, developing maintenance plans, and contributing to commissioning and project activities within a multidisciplinary team.

We are seeking an experienced Substation Technician to play a critical role in the planning, maintenance, commissioning and operational support of high voltage substation assets across transmission and distribution networks.
This hands-on role combines field-based technical work with collaboration across engineering, asset management and project delivery teams. You will be responsible for supporting the safe and reliable operation of primary plant equipment while contributing to major projects, maintenance programs and fault response activities across a diverse portfolio of HV assets.
