Achor Group is a national Facilities Management and Project Management company delivering maintenance, landscaping, construction and project works across Australia.

Due to continued growth in Victoria, we are looking to establish a long-term relationship with an experienced Carpenter / Project Manager / Contractor to support our Victorian operations.

We're seeking an all-round operator with a strong background in commercial landscaping projects and small construction projects who is confident working independently, comfortable jumping on the tools when needed, meeting with clients, preparing quotations, managing projects, coordinating trades and delivering works from start to finish.

The role includes:

• Commercial landscaping projects
• Small construction and refurbishment works
• Project management and site coordination
• Site inspections and client liaison
• Preparing quotations, scopes of work and project costings
• Reactive and planned maintenance projects where required

You’ll work closely with our Victorian State Director and become a trusted delivery partner for our Victorian clients.

A significant portion of our work is within national childcare centres, so a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) is highly desirable. If you don't currently hold one, you must be willing and able to obtain one.

This isn’t a one-off opportunity. We’re looking to build a long-term partnership with the right contractor, offering consistent ongoing work and the potential to transition into a full-time position in the future if it suits both parties.
