Job summary

Gilligan Group in Jolimont, WA, is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead the studio’s day-to-day workflow across digital and design, build production plans, and safeguard high-quality outcomes. You will partner with department leads to onboard clients and drive professional delivery.

The role emphasizes strong prioritisation, stakeholder communication, and a clear link between efficiency and profitability, with flexible working options and a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a studio environment or PM role, ideally from a creative or digital agency.
• Experience delivering multi-faceted projects, digital products and creative campaigns concurrently.
• Hands-on experience with delivery tools and AI approaches to improve processes.
• A cool head with proven prioritisation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Commercially minded, you are the link between delivery efficiency and agency profitability.

Responsibilities

ABOUT YOU

Driving the engine room of Gilligan Group, this role takes projects from proposal through to delivery across our strategy, design and digital studio. Highly organised and commercially minded, you bring structure, accountability and momentum to a fast-paced brand agency.

As the critical link between client contracts, creative delivery and profitability, you have full charge of resourcing, scheduling and delivery discipline — working in close partnership with department leads to ensure the right people are working on the right priorities at the right time.

Reporting to the Founding Director, you're ready to step into leadership and confident to put your name on project outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
