• Extensive experience leading landscape architecture teams on complex projects.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and lead diverse teams toward a shared creative vision.
• Advanced proficiency in architectural software and conceptual design abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build the Adelaide studio's identity, culture, and team from day one.
• Direct world-class landscape work and set design direction for the studio.
• Champion recruitment, performance management, and career coaching.
• Manage project lifecycles including budgets, productivity, and design expectations with client engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and support bid development and studio expansion.
• Lead the studio's business plan execution and ensure profitability and revenue growth.
• Own the P&L, balance sheets, and forecasting in collaboration with the CFO.
• Champion safety leadership across project teams.
